In other words, pay for the highest ECB item and then use the ECBs for another item. The thing that bugs me though is the two day ECB promotions - my CVS never seems to have them in stock if it starts on Sunday and I'm unable to go in until Monday. The absolute best for a CVS addict is when you have a coupon to use on a Free after ECBs item! OVERAGE! It is very addicting!
