Jenn ran an Improve Your Blog contest for the month of April. I didn't follow all the rules for participating but there's still time if you'd like to. Either way, she has lots of good tips and timesavers so it's worth checking them out.

Very Nice! I just love the 3 column format~you can fit so much more in. . . . and I've always liked your background and color scheme.
Very pretty! I typically DON"T like the 3 column style because it takes away from the content, but yours feels classic and understated.
