Free Jack-O-Lantern Stencil
BHG.com (Better Homes and Gardens) has a great feature on their website: You can create your own stencil to turn your pumpkin into a Jack-O-Lantern by choosing from any number of selections for eyes, nose, and mouth. Then print out your final choices on your computer. My son is eager to try it out.
It's free but you do need to register at BHG.com. Here's the link. Have fun!
