First of all, the promotion code has changed to ENTERTAIN50. Also, one of the comments points out that if you go through Ebates you can add their $20 rebate to the Sharebuilder bonus! Cool!
If all goes as it should, we will receive a $50 Sharebuilder bonus and a $20 Ebates rebate. (Sharebuilder offers higher bonuses to Costco members but my husband is not one.) Ebates is showing Sharebuilder under my tracking tickets and I quickly received the "Your Promotion Code has been Accepted" email from Sharebuilder so hopefully there won't be any glitches.
When I opened my last Sharebuilder account it took one month to the day for the Sharebuilder bonus to be credited to my account. I'll keep you posted on how long Sharebuilder and Ebates takes this time.

Thanks for the info! I've been thinking of doing this and finally decided $70 was too good to pass up. I always wanted to own Apple Computer stock, but it's always too expensive and my portfolio isn't big enough to buy individual stocks.
But I just opened my account and bought a share of AAPL!
