I’ve written about this before but it was buried in one of my Take Stock Tuesday posts so I thought I would call more attention to it. Unwired Buyer is giving eBay customers $20 for using their free service to place a bid.
This is one of the easiest trial offers I’ve ever done. As long as you have an eBay feedback score of 10 or more or have been a registered user for more than 12 months, you qualify.
Simply sign up for Unwired Buyer and choose an eBay item to bid on. Unwired Buyer will call you on your cell phone as your auction is ending to allow you to place your bid. You don’t even have to win the item.
Here’s what I did to make this easy on myself:
1. I entered info on an auction that was ending soon so I could qualify for the bonus quickly.
2. I chose to bid for coupons that I could use if I won them (I didn’t). Instead of bidding on something you wouldn’t mind winning, you could place a low bid on an item you know will go high or bid on something very inexpensive.
I had $20 in my PayPal account later the same day. Easy!
